Good Food for Better Moods
It’s great to be positive at work, but what is the most crucial ingredient to fuel better moods? It’s good food. What we eat determines how we think and feel throughout our day. In this workshop with an internationally certified health coach, participants will learn and explore the impact of food on mental wellbeing and what they can do to make good moods happen more often.
